When you buy a car online from Carvana, you get a lot of emails that kinda suck. So we ditched them and replaced them with a series of videos that don’t suck. 2 Things You Need To Know is a formulaic series that keeps customers informed on the status of their vehicle in real time, making the waiting process not suck.
